misba provided very clean and good service in my room. the staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay. the room felt spacious and quiet, a feature i valued a lot. the bed ensured very comfortable sleep each night.
I requested chopsticks and a fork to eat in my room. they never arrived, even after multiple calls and a long wait.

noise is real issue. our room faces the roadside and the constant traffic makes it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I did have issues with the room service. My order was incorrect, and the food arrived cold. the promised Burj Khalifa view was obstructed by another building. I felt cheated, it was not worth the extra cost.

i appreciated the cleanliness, misba handled our room nicely. staff were friendly. the room was spacious and quiet, i slept well in the comfortable bed.
my husband asked for chopsticks and a fork but they didn't come after 20 minutes. we called again and after 40 minutes we still hadn't got them. this meant we had to throw away our food and eat out.
